Mohamed Sanogho
Principal Data Consultant
Mohamed co-founded NUR to help school districts and education teams turn complex data, reporting, and compliance requirements into clear, reliable workflows.
His background spans state and local compliance technology, federal government data work, education finance supporting D.C. charter schools, and statewide education reporting in Arkansas.
In education, his work has focused on research, data analysis, education finance, reporting validation, process documentation, and practical support for local education agencies. Mohamed holds a Master of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University’s Dyson School.
Mohammad “Morad” Radiyat
Principal Data Scientist
Mohammad co-founded NUR to help education teams use data more effectively across reporting, operations, and decision-making. He has worked as a data scientist at DonorsChoose, where he used data science to connect donors with public school classrooms in need.
His experience spans data engineering, machine learning, analytics, and management consulting with PwC. Mohammad holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Data Science from Columbia University.
Outside of work, you may run into him on random mountain hikes around the world.
